"Ordering was simple enough, so I thought..."
Ordering was simple enough, so I thought everything would be smooth from there. But the updates were so slow that I had to keep checking in myself, like, give me a break. The site works, but it feels a little messy and not super clear to use. I did get what I needed eventually, but I’m not sure I’d go back.

"Refund came through, but be ready to follow up"
My refund did eventually come back, but I had to chase them a couple of times before it got sorted. The updates were slow, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. Not the worst experience, but if you’re waiting on a refund from them, I’d suggest keeping an eye on it and following up sooner rather than later

"Delivery Scheduling Was Frustrating"
Ordering was easy enough, but the delivery part was a mess. They gave me a time window, then changed it at the last minute, so I had to rearrange my whole day. When I emailed to ask what was going on, the replies felt like they were written by robots and didn’t really answer anything. The item did show up eventually, but the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be...

"Quick and easy ordering"
So... I placed my order on Queen City Online it was really simple. The pages loaded fine, checkout went smoothly, and I got my confirmation right away. Nothing was confusing or annoying, which I definitely appreciate. I’d order from them again.
"Return process ended up costing me too much"
The return was way more hassle than I expected. I had to email twice, wait several days for a response, and then found out I still had to pay for return shipping myself. For the price, I expected things to be a lot smoother. I’m careful with what I spend, so paying extra just to send it back was frustrating. I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

"Prices made me hesitate"
I checked out queencityonline.com hoping I’d find a decent deal, but the prices felt a lot higher than I expected. I kept wondering if I was missing something or if I’d end up feeling fooled after paying that much. Nothing really jumped out at me as being worth the extra cost. Maybe it works for other people, but for me the value just wasn’t there, so I ended up looking somewhere else.

"They did fix my phone in the end..."
They did fix my phone in the end, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process took way too long. The updates were minimal, from the tone of the few messages I got, it felt like my repair wasn’t much of a priority. I was left guessing most of the time, which made the wait even more frustrating

"Decent site, but it could flow better"
I used queencityonline.com and overall, it was okay. Like… not bad, but not the smoothest either. The site loaded fine for me, and I was able to find most of what I needed, but a few pages felt kind of cluttered. I had to click around more than I thought I would, which got a little annoying. It’s not a terrible experience at all, just feels like it could be cleaner and easier to move through...

"Financing wasn’t as smooth as I expected"
I went on queencityonline.com mainly because I saw they had financing, but it ended up being more of a hassle than I thought. Maybe I missed something, but the terms didn’t feel super clear to me and I had to click around more than I wanted just to figure things out. It might be fine for other people, I don’t know, but for me it kind of slowed the whole process down and got frustrating.

"Good price on the fridge, delivery was fine"
I ended up buying a fridge here after comparing prices for a couple days, mostly because my old one was making a weird humming noise and I didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore. The price was good, and the fridge works well so far. Delivery was okay too, not perfect, but nothing major to complain about. Overall, happy with it.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience. The website was easy enough to use and placing the order was straightforward. The only downside was that my delivery showed up later than I expected, which was a bit annoying. Not a huge deal, but I do wish the delivery updates had been clearer so I knew what was going on

I stopped in hoping to get some help, but the whole visit felt a little uncomfortable. The staff seemed annoyed from the start, and based on how the interaction went, I didn’t feel like I was going to get any useful guidance. I ended up leaving without getting the help I came in for.

I had a really good experience with queencityonline.com. the communication was the best part. Nice. They kept me updated without me having to chase anyone down or wonder what was going on. The messages were clear, timely, and actually helpful. Simple. Everything went smoothly overall, and I’d definitely use them again
